Writespace Jerusalem : A platform for quality continuing education for English-language writers in Jerusalem.

Israel Writers Studio: Ongoing classes, one-day workshops and one-on-one mentoring in Tel Aviv and online.

Groups

CIWI- Connecting Independent Writers in Israel. "Israel English Writers is a place where we can meet to find jobs, quote gigs, and get published." This is from their Facebook site.

Soferet- "An email forum for writers, editors, graphic designers, proofreaders, translators, copywriters, illustrators and even publishers in the frum Jewish writing world," according to the Jewish Women's Writers Seminar website. They are a Google group operating via email.
